Lumensmind Ltd ("Lumensmind", "we", "us") provides software for game studios to analyse advertising performance and support operational decisions.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why we process it, and the choices you have. It applies to our marketing website, product, and related support channels.

Account data: name, email address, organisation details, and authentication logs when you register or sign in.

Product usage data: configuration, workflow actions, and aggregated campaign metrics imported from your connected sources.

Support and sales data: messages you send via contact forms, email, or support tickets.

Website data: cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy, plus standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).

Lumensmind does not collect device identifiers or personal data about your players as part of the core product dataset.

We use personal data to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, enforce tenant isolation, deliver support, and meet legal obligations.

We use aggregated product metrics to power dashboards, baseline decision rules, and audit trails within your organisation boundary.

We may send service-related notices (security, billing, product changes). Marketing email is sent only where permitted and with unsubscribe options.

Where UK GDPR applies, we rely on contract performance for providing the service, legitimate interests for security and product improvement (balanced against your rights), consent where required (for example certain cookies or marketing), and legal obligation where applicable.

We use infrastructure and service providers (for example cloud hosting, email delivery, and error monitoring) under data processing agreements.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

We retain personal data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention schedules for audit and billing records may be longer where required.
